Submit Application
The following steps are required to apply for ConnCAT’s adult learning programs. For questions about any of these steps, email us at info@conncat.org.
STEP #1 COMPLETE PRE-APPLICATION
Submit your pre-application by clicking on the “APPLY NOW” button at the bottom of this page.
STEP #2 SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
You MUST submit both an original and a copy of the following required documents to ConnCAT:
- High School Diploma/Transcript/GED Certificate
- Proof of residence (utility bill, cable bill, or phone bill)
- Birth Certificate
- Valid CT State-Issued Photo ID
- If you are not a U.S. citizen, you must submit an unexpired Visa or Green Card.
THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE BROUGHT TO CONNCAT PRIOR TO THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE. Applicants cannot pre-register on the day of the information and testing session.
STEP #3 ATTEND AN INFORMATION AND TESTING SESSION
Applicants will be assigned a date for an information and testing session once all required documents are received. This session will include a multiple-choice-based assessment of basic skills in reading, grammar, and math, as well as a personality assessment.
